Key Action
Nebius raised H100, H200 and B300 on-demand rates by approximately 17%–21%, effective 1 October. Recheck long-term offers, but do not assume that APAC dedicated-cluster prices rose by the same amount.
Leasing Economics
The original review used the Nebius official price list. Rates in USD/GPU/hour: H100 3.85 to 4.50 (+16.9%); H200 4.50 to 5.40 (+20%); B300 7.85 to 9.50 (+21%). GB300 NVL72 remained quote-only.
These are public on-demand rates, without a confirmed APAC region, available quantity or validity period. Storage is charged separately.
Business impact: short-term rate pressure supports refreshing commercial benchmarks. Next step: obtain a capacity-backed quotation with a common term, network, storage and support scope; specify billing start, deposits and additional charges. Spot prices are not comparable to dedicated capacity.
Supply, Pricing & Lead Times
On 5 October the original report recorded an official European Supermicro listing for SYS-822GS-NB3RT-01-G2, starting at EUR494,748.40 per server: 8×HGX B300, dual Xeon6768P and 2TB DDR5 system memory. Local on-site service required confirmation and orders were subject to review. Original store source.
Evidence: strong for the advertised configuration and asking price; unverified for physical inventory and delivery. Tax, freight and service differences prevent direct comparison with other configurations.
Next step: request SKU/BOM, destination, trade terms and verifiable OEM inventory or production allocation. No new verifiable quantities or improved delivery dates were established for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand.
Cross-border Compliance
The original report cited existing BIS May2026 guidance on ultimate-parent headquarters and advanced-computing license requirements. A third-country receiving address alone does not establish eligibility. BIS.
It also cited MITI's 14July2025 announcement concerning Malaysian export, transshipment and transit of US-origin high-performance AI chips. Future relocation and resale need route-specific checks. MITI.
No newly applicable GPU restriction was established for this reporting period; this was not an exhaustive legal review.
ITAD
No verified H100/H200 used transactions, bulk disposals or warranty-transfer changes justified revising residual values. Higher cloud rental asking prices do not establish higher hardware resale values.
Sources & Coverage
