Key Actions
- Recheck classification for Singapore routes scheduled after 1December2026. The new Order was gazetted on 1October, outside this reporting week; it was newly verified in this issue, not newly enacted during the week.
- Refresh cloud rental benchmarks: several provider rate cards increased, without evidence of a uniform market shortage.
Supply, Pricing & Lead Times
The original review did not establish newly available H100/H200/B300/GB300 quantities or firm delivery dates verified by an OEM or designated reseller in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand.
NVIDIA's DGX B300 page stated shipping now. This indicates a shipping product, not a confirmed allocation at a particular APAC site. No new major-OEM announcement with specific APAC quantities and delivery windows was established.
Next step: verify full SKU/BOM, physical inventory or OEM production allocation, destination and committed delivery. Component inventories cannot establish complete-system supply.
Asian Data Centers
These historical issues did not yet establish a site-level capacity baseline. Future issues distinguish verified powered availability, construction with a stated ready-for-service date, and planned projects. Colocation and GPU-inclusive compute prices are assessed separately.
Leasing Economics
Original snapshot in USD/GPU/hour: RunPod Secure H100 3.99, H200 5.29, B300 8.99; Verda GB300 10.95. These rate cards did not establish reserved capacity, region, taxes, storage, egress, deposits or operations scope.
The original seven-day tracker changes were +14.3%, +15.3% and +13.9% respectively. These are secondary-tracker observations, not independently confirmed contract price changes or effective dates. The GMI H200 from3.20 versus an earlier from2.60 also requires matching region/configuration and dates before treating it as a verified weekly change. A broader H100 weekly sample median near3.49 did not support a market-wide shortage conclusion.
Sources: RunPod pricing, Verda GB300, GMI. The original report also used GPU Economy as a secondary tracker; its source entry point remains to be checked.
GB300's per-GPU billing unit refers to an NVL72 service; it does not establish hardware interchangeability or a separable physical GPU product.
Business impact: on-demand rate pressure may strengthen negotiation context. Next step: compare identical contract term, scale, capacity commitment, RoCE/IB, storage and service scope before adjusting long-term offers.
Cross-border Compliance
Singapore's Strategic Goods (Control) Order2026 was published on1October and takes effect on1December, replacing the2025Order. Singapore Customs overview.
The original report had not completed a line-by-line comparison of the schedules. It therefore did not establish that B300/GB300/H200/H100 had been newly listed. Next step: verify classification of GPUs, systems, networking, encryption and technology transfers, and preserve permit lead time.
No new BIS advanced-computing rule was verified during the week. Existing ultimate-parent, end-user and end-use checks remained necessary. No verified new rule changing transaction routes in the other three priority markets was identified; coverage was not exhaustive.
ITAD
No new transaction evidence justified revising H100/H200 residual-value, liquidity or warranty assumptions. Require serial-level provenance, OEM diagnostics, NVLink/NVSwitch health, liquid-cooling tests, sanitization records, warranty status and DOA allocation.
Sources & Coverage
Edited historical issue with publication-date and evidence clarifications. Public asking prices and secondary seven-day tracking are not transaction prices or inventory. No APAC OEM ATP quantities, firm lead times, binding delivered bulk offers or ITAD transaction records were established.
